Seats versus hours
Licences renew on the product. Migration, onboarding, and administration renew here. A finance team can read the difference.

What this service is
Microsoft Solutions is the professional work around Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics. We place licences, stand up the tenant, move mail, onboard users, harden identity, and can stay for administration. Dynamics work is solution selection, implementation, configuration, integration, and support.
Patolink is a Microsoft Partner. Certification with Google and Microsoft is how we stay current — including accounts that are already on Google Workspace and need the same quality of implementation rather than a forced move to 365.
The product catalogue holds Microsoft 365 plans, Dynamics products, and additional Microsoft licences. Service hours and product seats are quoted separately so a renewal does not hide tenant work inside a seat invoice.
Zoho CRM, Books, and Workplace remain the path for teams that are not on Dynamics. Either can sit next to 365 seats and a 3CX contact centre on one quotation. Write to Nairobi: info@patolink.com · +254 709 343 000.
Who typically buys it
- —Organisations placing or renewing Microsoft 365 seats in Kenya and East Africa.
- —Tenants that need mail moved with a written cutover, not a weekend guess.
- —Teams that want tenant administration on a retainer instead of in-house.
- —Accounts comparing Dynamics with Zoho, or needing a CRM that staff will actually use.
Microsoft 365 services
Licensing
Selecting and placing the right Microsoft 365 plans for the organisation — seats stay on the product record.
Deployment
Standing up the tenant and the first wave of workloads.
Configuration
Policies, domains, and the settings that make the tenant usable and safe.
Email setup and migration
Moving mail into Microsoft 365 with MX, autodiscover, and a written device wave — not a Friday-night cutover.
User onboarding
Accounts, devices, and the first-week path for staff. Training is part of the job.
Tenant administration
Ongoing administration when you do not want that work in-house — or it can sit on a managed-services retainer.
Microsoft 365 support
A named path for incidents after go-live.
Security configuration
Identity, access, and tenant hardening — often next to the Cyber Security line.
Backup and continuity
Protection beyond native retention, where the account requires it.
Microsoft Dynamics services
Dynamics solutions
Selecting the Dynamics offering that matches the process you want covered.
Implementation
Project work to put Dynamics into production — not a licence left unused.
Configuration
Company-specific setup after the product is licensed.
Integration
Connections to mail, telephony, billing, and other systems already in the estate — scoped, not assumed.
User onboarding
Training and the first wave of users. A CRM staff will not open is a failed project.
Support and maintenance
The period after go-live, on its own recurring line.
How a Microsoft engagement runs
-
Step 01
Read the tenant
Seat counts, current mail, whether you already hold licences, and whether Dynamics or Zoho is in play.
-
Step 02
Split product and service
Seats and Dynamics entitlements on the product lines. Migration, build, and administration on this service.
-
Step 03
Cut over in writing
MX, autodiscover, device wave, and training dates. Dynamics go-live is a process milestone, not a software install.
-
Step 04
Stay or hand back
Tenant administration and Dynamics support can remain here, move to a managed retainer, or return in-house.
What a quotation names
A single quotation can include 365 seats, Dynamics products, and this service. They stay separate so renewals stay accurate.
Microsoft 365 product
Plan name, licence type, seats, billing cycle, price, and renewal date — filled when we quote.
Dynamics product
The Dynamics entitlement, if the account is buying it. Zoho is quoted when that is the better fit.
Service hours
Deployment, mail migration, onboarding, tenant work, Dynamics implementation, and integration.
Support package
Whether ongoing 365 or Dynamics support is attached, and on which cycle.
How it sits with 3CX and Cloud EA
A 3CX contact centre can integrate with the same Microsoft 365 tenant when the account wants chat, meetings, and mail next to the phone system. That work is scoped on the IP Telephony and 3CX lines, not assumed here.
A Cloud EA VPS is only on the quote if something in the design actually needs a server we host. Most 365 work does not. Dynamics integrations sometimes do. We will not add a VM to look complete.
Google Workspace is still a first-class path
Certification with Google is for accounts that are already on Google Workspace and need implementation, mail, and collaboration done properly. We will not pretend every estate should land on Microsoft 365.
Describe the tenant you have and the work you want covered. We quote licences and service from Nairobi. Nothing on this page is a static shop price.
