About Patolink

We Strive To Offer
Intelligent Business Solutions

Welcome to Patolink, the leading provider of integrated IT services and solutions in Kenya. Certified partners of Google and Microsoft. This website is the public face of that practice.

Patolink Investments Limited

Nairobi-based. East Africa-facing.

Unit 1105, Applewood Adams, Ngong Road. Technology that meets innovation to propel your business forward.

Who we are

Patolink is an enterprise technology company. We design, implement, and operate the stack organisations in Kenya and East Africa actually run: the voice and collaboration systems people talk on, the network those calls and packets travel across, the security that keeps the estate usable, the Microsoft and CRM applications staff open every morning, and the cloud servers that sit underneath.

We are not a catalogue shop that disappears after delivery, and we are not a consultancy that only writes a report. A typical account mixes both: a service line (our time, our on-call, our configuration) and named products (licences, appliances, seats, or a Cloud EA VPS). Those stay separate on the quotation so renewals stay honest.

The company is Patolink Investments Limited. Cloud EA is the cloud and VPS platform on this same site — Linux virtual machines, orders, invoices, and a customer portal. Provisioning is automated after payment. The hypervisor stays on the backend. Customers see plans, credentials, and billing.

Intelligent business solutions, in our sense, means the tools are chosen for the work, scoped in Nairobi, and still current six months after go-live. A named owner stays on the account. We will not send a forty-page deck first.

The practice, in figures

465+

Satisfied clients

Organisations that bought a service, a product, or both — and stayed long enough to count.

120+

Finished projects

Cut-overs that closed: PBX replacements, tenant migrations, networks, security builds.

25+

Skilled experts

Engineers and specialists across voice, network, security, Microsoft, and cloud.

30+

Managed services

Retained estates we watch, patch, and answer for after the project team leaves.

What “intelligent business solutions” means here

Patolink exists so an organisation in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Kampala, or Dar es Salaam can buy the modern workplace from one partner: Microsoft 365 or Google, a phone system that records and routes, a network that does not fall over at 09:00, security that is watched, a CRM staff will actually use, and servers that can be ordered without a three-week hardware wait.

We represent the platforms those organisations already buy — Microsoft, 3CX, Yeastar, Sophos, Fortinet, Poly, Jabra, Zoho, HPE, and related infrastructure — and we implement them. Certification with Google and Microsoft is how we stay current on the tenants. 3CX Gold Partner is how we stay current on the contact centre.

The work is written down before it is built. A quotation names the service hours, the product seats or appliances, what is project and what is recurring, and who owns the account from this office. If the right answer is a Cloud EA VPS, that plan is on the same order as the firewall or the 365 seats.

After go-live the same firm stays: managed services, security monitoring, tenant administration, and the customer portal for invoices and running virtual machines. That is the difference between a reseller and a practice.

What we specialise in

Six lines. Each one is a service you can open, quote, and run. Open the page when you want the full scope.

The practices in detail

This is the work we sell. The short paragraphs below are the same promises we publish to clients; the lists are what a quotation actually contains.

Practice 01

Unified Communications & Collaboration

Voice, rooms, and the contact centre.

Our Unified Communication & Collaboration services ensure seamless connection within your organisation. From VoIP to robust video conferencing setups, we tailor solutions to meet your specific business needs.

That is the whole path from the first extension to a multi-queue contact centre: IP telephony, hosted or on-premises PBX, SIP trunks and DIDs, dial plans, IVR, recording, presence, meetings, and the headsets and room systems people actually wear and sit in. We deploy, configure, train, and stay for support and maintenance.

Patolink is a 3CX Gold Partner. 3CX is quoted for call routing, IVR, real-time monitoring, queue management, video, recording, live chat, and Microsoft 365 integration — for contact centres, enterprises, and SMEs. Yeastar is quoted when the account wants a cloud, hardware, or software PBX with communications on one system. Poly and Jabra cover headsets, speakerphones, and video rooms; Plantronics sits in the same audio line where the estate already uses it.

  • — IP phone systems, hosted PBX, and SIP trunks
  • — Call-centre queues, agents, recording, and reporting
  • — Video conferencing and room systems
  • — Licences, extensions, hardware, and recurring support on the same quote

Practice 02

Network Infrastructure

The LAN, the WAN, and the edge.

Build a reliable network with our comprehensive infrastructure services. We offer everything from initial design and setup to ongoing network security management, ensuring your data stays safe and your operations run smoothly.

Engagements start with how the site actually behaves: users, branches, voice, and the applications that cannot drop. Then switching, routing, wireless, cabling where it is in scope, and the perimeter. Security is designed with the LAN — segmentation, access control, and the firewall are not a leftover purchase after the switches are in.

HPE sits in this line when the account needs servers, storage, or networking hardware with the consulting that goes with it. Fortinet and Sophos sit on the same order when the edge needs a named platform. After go-live, network management can move onto a managed-services retainer so change control does not depend on whoever is in the office that week.

  • — Site survey, design, and installation
  • — Switching, routing, wireless, and branch connectivity
  • — Perimeter, segmentation, and ongoing network security management
  • — Hardware and vendor platforms quoted as products next to the hours

Practice 03

Managed Services

Someone on the infrastructure.

Our managed services take the stress out of IT management. With round-the-clock support and regular maintenance, we keep your systems efficient and up-to-date.

This line is for teams that need the stack watched, not only installed. The package is written to the estate: servers, networks, Cloud EA or other cloud infrastructure, backup and recovery, security operations, systems administration, and the day-to-day requests users feel. A small office may need support and backup only. A multi-site firm may add server, network, and cloud management.

Contracts are monthly, quarterly, or annual. Hours and scope are explicit so the retainer is not a vague “unlimited IT”. The desk answers Monday to Saturday, 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Emergencies are covered around the clock. Preventive maintenance is scheduled so the emergency queue stays short.

  • — Managed IT, server, network, and cloud infrastructure management
  • — Monitoring, preventive maintenance, and a defined support path
  • — Backup, recovery, and security management
  • — Configurable retainers — not a single rigid SKU

Practice 04

CRM systems

The system staff will actually use.

CRM is a first-class specialisation, not an add-on slide. We implement and support the system the commercial team works in: pipeline, tickets, billing, and the integrations back to mail and telephony.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is the enterprise path — solution selection, implementation, configuration, integration, user onboarding, and ongoing support. Zoho is the path for organisations that want CRM, Books, and Workplace as a cloud suite: small businesses, enterprises, and nonprofits across East Africa, with the integration and customer-relationship tools that go with it.

A CRM quotation includes licences or subscriptions, implementation hours, and the support package. It can sit next to Microsoft 365, a 3CX contact centre, or a Cloud EA VPS without forcing everything into one invoice line.

  • — Microsoft Dynamics 365 — implement, integrate, onboard, support
  • — Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and Zoho Workplace
  • — Integration with mail, telephony, and billing where the account requires it

Practice 05

Microsoft and the workplace

Certified Microsoft partner.

Patolink is a trusted Microsoft Partner in Kenya and East Africa. We deliver Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure cloud services, and Power BI analytics — licensing, integration, and tenant work written for enterprises and nonprofits, not a generic global brochure.

Microsoft 365 work includes plan selection, deployment, configuration, email setup and migration, user onboarding, tenant administration, security configuration, support, and backup or continuity where native retention is not enough. Google certification covers accounts that are already on Google Workspace and need the same quality of implementation rather than a forced move.

Service hours and product seats are quoted separately so renewals stay accurate. A tenant can be administered as part of managed services after the project closes.

  • — Microsoft 365 licensing, deployment, migration, and administration
  • — Azure, Power BI, and additional Microsoft licences
  • — Google Workplace frameworks where the account is already there

Practice 06

Cyber security

Protect the estate, then stay on it.

Security at Patolink is a service line, not a one-off appliance sale. We assess networks, endpoints, identity, and cloud; close the gaps that matter; implement and harden the controls; and can stay as a managed security partner.

Sophos is the first named vendor in the catalogue: next-generation antivirus, firewall protection, endpoint security, cloud security, and managed threat detection. Fortinet is quoted when the perimeter or a broader Fortinet estate is the right platform. ESET is available for antivirus and internet security where that product already fits the account. Additional vendors can be added later without rebuilding this website.

A quotation can include assessment, implementation hours, licences or appliances, and recurring monitoring. Nothing on the public pages is a fixed security price list — seats, appliances, and duration are set per account.

  • — Assessment, network and endpoint security, firewall and perimeter
  • — Threat protection, monitoring, and vulnerability management
  • — Cloud security around tenants, VPS, and hybrid estates
  • — Managed cybersecurity after go-live

Cloud EA

The cloud platform on this website

Cloud EA is how Patolink sells and operates Virtual Private Servers. You pick a Linux plan on this site, create or sign into an account, pay the invoice, and the instance is provisioned on our infrastructure. You see plans, credentials, and billing — not the infrastructure behind them.

Every published plan includes 24/7 monitoring, daily backups, and free migration support. Ubuntu and Debian are the current operating systems. Custom specifications are quoted from the same Nairobi desk. A VPS can sit on the same order as telephony, Microsoft seats, or a Sophos firewall.

The customer portal is where running instances, invoices, and the controls we expose securely live. The same team can add managed patching, backup, and monitoring on top of the VM if you do not want to operate it yourself.

Partners and the brands we represent

We are certified partners of Google and Microsoft. Around those certifications we represent the platforms East African organisations already run — sold with implementation, not as a carton on a desk.

A quotation can mix a service line with a product: 3CX licences next to call-centre configuration, Sophos next to a security assessment, or a Cloud EA VPS next to managed backup. Additional vendors can be added through the administration portal as the catalogue grows.

Microsoft

365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power BI — licensing, integration, and tenant work for Kenya and East Africa.

Google

Certified partner. Workplace and cloud frameworks where the account is already on Google.

3CX Gold Partner

Call routing, IVR, queues, recording, video, live chat, and Microsoft 365 integration.

Yeastar

Cloud, hardware, or software PBX when communications should live on one system.

Sophos, Fortinet, ESET

Firewall, endpoint, cloud security, and antivirus — sold with implementation and managed detection.

Poly, Jabra, Zoho, HPE

Rooms and headsets; Zoho CRM, Books, and Workplace; HPE servers, storage, and networking.

How a service and a product sit together

This website keeps the two ideas separate on purpose. A service is the work Patolink delivers. A product is what we license, provision, or supply. Billing and renewals stay clear because they are not collapsed into one vague line.

Services

  • Cyber Security Cybersecurity for business systems, networks, users, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Managed Services Continuous technical support, infrastructure management, monitoring, and maintenance.
  • IP Telephony Business communication and IP telephony, from a single PBX to hosted voice.
  • Microsoft Solutions Microsoft cloud, productivity, licensing, and business applications.
  • Cloud & VPS Patolink provides virtual private servers and cloud infrastructure through Cloud EA.

Products

  • VPS / Cloud server plans Linux VM plans on Cloud EA, from Starter through Apex, plus a custom build when the published matrix is not enough.
  • Yeastar Yeastar sits in Patolink’s IP telephony product portfolio. We sell and implement the product; the IP Telephony service is the professional work around it.
  • 3CX Patolink is a 3CX Gold Partner in Kenya. The product is the licence. The service is routing, queues, recording, and the cutover.
  • Microsoft 365 Patolink is a Microsoft Partner. We place Microsoft 365 plans and can stay for the tenant. Seats are this product. Migration and administration are the Microsoft Solutions service.
  • Microsoft Dynamics Microsoft Dynamics products and implementation sit in the Microsoft category. The product is the Dynamics entitlement. The work is Microsoft Solutions.
  • Sophos Sophos is the cybersecurity product in the initial Patolink catalogue. Cyber Security is the service that assesses, implements, and can manage it.

Who we work with

Patolink is built for organisations in Kenya and the rest of East Africa that need a single technology partner rather than a chain of resellers. We design for enterprises, call centres, SMEs, and nonprofits.

A contact centre may start with 3CX, queues, recording, and headsets. A professional firm may start with Microsoft 365 and a Cloud EA VPS. A multi-site company may start with the network and a managed-services retainer. A nonprofit may start with Dynamics or Zoho and the tenant work around it. The catalogue is the same; the quotation is written to the estate.

We do not pretend every product is in stock on a public price list. Seats, appliances, extensions, and contract length are set per account. The Linux VPS matrix is the exception: those plans are published so you can order without waiting for a spreadsheet.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Scope from Nairobi

Tell us what you run today — sites, seats, extensions, servers, and the pain. We write the service line, the products, and the hours.

  2. 02

    Design and quotation

Implementation, licences, hardware, and any Cloud EA plan sit on one quote. You see what is recurring and what is project work.

  3. 03

    Build and cutover

Configuration, migration, and go-live. VPS orders provision after payment. Telephony and Microsoft follow the agreed window. Training is part of the job.

  4. 04

    Operate

Managed services, monitoring, backups, invoices, and running VPS instances in the portal. Support stays with the same firm.

How we work with an account

Own it

A named owner in Nairobi

Every quotation and every retainer has a person at Applewood Adams, not a generic mailbox that forwards overseas.

Write it

Scope before build

Hours, products, and what “done” means are on the quote. We do not discover the real estate in week six.

Separate it

Service is not a product

Licences renew on their own line. Our time renews on its own line. That is how invoices stay auditable.

Stay

Operate after go-live

Monitoring, patching, tenant work, and the portal. The project ending is not the relationship ending.

Why this website exists

This is the new Patolink website. It is meant to do three jobs the old pages could not do in one place: explain the practice in enough detail to brief a procurement team, let a customer open an independent page for every service and every product, and take a Cloud EA VPS from published plan to paid instance without a side conversation.

Orders, invoices, and provisioning run through the Patolink platform. The customer portal at cloud.patolink.com is where accounts see running services, products, quotations, invoices, and VPS controls. Payment rails stay behind the backend.

Administrators will manage the catalogue — services, products, VPS plans, prices, billing cycles, vendors — without a code change. What you read here is the published starting set: five service lines, six product families, and the Linux VM matrix.

If you already know the line you need, open it. If you do not, write to the desk with the estate as it stands. We reply from Nairobi.
