Patolink is a 3CX Gold Partner in Kenya. The product is the licence. The service is routing, queues, recording, and the cutover.

Three lines, one project
VM, 3CX entitlement, and implementation hours stay separate on the quote.
What this product is
Buying 3CX without implementation is how a contact centre ends up with a licence and a dial tone that still dumps callers into a generic IVR. Patolink sells the product and the IP Telephony service as separate lines so renewals stay honest.
The 3CX product is the entitlement: edition, simultaneous calls, and the term. Deployment can sit on agreed infrastructure — including a Cloud EA VPS. Configuration covers users, trunks, IVR, and the day-one dial plan.
Call-centre work is queues, agents, recording, live chat, and reporting. SIP trunks and DIDs are specified so inbound and outbound calls do not depend on a guess. Maintenance is the update and break-fix period after go-live.
Microsoft 365 integration is available on 3CX when the account wants chat, meetings, and mail in the same tenant the phone system already talks to. That integration is scoped, not assumed.
Who typically buys it
- —Contact centres that need queues, recording, and reporting — not only a dial tone.
- —Multi-site firms that have outgrown a single analog board.
- —Teams that want 3CX hosted on Cloud EA instead of an appliance on-site.
- —Estates already on Microsoft 365 that want the phone system in the same tenant.

What belongs on the product line
The licence, the term, and any 3CX software add-ons are this product. Hosting is a Cloud EA plan when the PBX should not live on-site. Headsets from Poly or Jabra stay on their own product lines.
We will not publish a fake public price for editions and simultaneous calls. Those numbers change the quote. Write to Nairobi with extension count and whether you need call-centre configuration.
What belongs on the service line
IP Telephony is our time: design, cutover, training, and support. A quotation can mix 3CX licences, a Yeastar appliance if that is the better fit, headsets, and implementation hours.
After go-live the VM — if we host it — appears in the customer portal. Voice changes (new queues, new sites) stay on the IP Telephony service. That is the point of keeping the lines separate.
