Yeastar
PBX, appliances, and plans.
Yeastar sits in Patolink’s IP telephony product portfolio. We sell and implement the product; the IP Telephony service is the professional work around it.

What this product is
Yeastar is the product: PBX systems, communication appliances, licences, and extensions. IP Telephony is the service: design, deployment, SIP, cutover, training, and support. You can buy one, the other, or both.
The catalogue is built so a quotation can mix an appliance, software licences, implementation hours, and a recurring support plan. Those records stay separate so a finance team sees what is hardware, what is software, and what is Patolink time.
A small office may need a single appliance and a handful of extensions. A multi-site firm may add SIP trunks, a hosted second instance on Cloud EA, and a support plan. We quote the mix from Nairobi — there is no public shelf price for seats and boxes.
Poly and Jabra headsets and room systems can sit on the same order when the room needs them. They are products too. The dial plan, IVR, and training stay on the IP Telephony service line.
Who typically buys it
- —Offices that have outgrown a single analog board and want an appliance they can see.
- —Sites that want Yeastar cloud or software instead of a box in the cupboard.
- —Estates that need a second instance for failover, often hosted on Cloud EA.
- —Teams that already know extension count and whether they prefer Yeastar to 3CX.

How a Yeastar quotation is written
Tell us sites, extension count, whether you want an appliance or a hosted instance, and whether SIP trunks already exist. We name the Yeastar product, the IP Telephony hours, and any Cloud EA plan if the PBX should not live on-site.
Implementation is one-off. Licences and support plans are recurring. A headset or room system is a third product line when the room needs it. Nothing on this page is a fixed public price list.
How it sits with 3CX and Cloud EA
3CX is the other telephony product in the initial catalogue. Some accounts prefer Yeastar hardware. Some prefer 3CX software and Microsoft 365 integration. We will not force one SKU when the other is the better fit.
If the PBX should be hosted, the same order can include a Cloud EA Linux plan. The VM, the Yeastar entitlement, and the configuration stay separate so a renewal does not hide a server inside a voice invoice.
